My name is Catherine Ann Taylor. I am a certified Reiki Master practitioner in the Usui Method of Natural Healing, otherwise known as Reiki. I received my certification through The Center of Life Conference of Churches and Institute of Study on April 19, 2009 in Boise, Idaho.

As a Reiki practitioner, my role is to access and amplify Universal Life Force Energy to promote health and wellness for the person seeking treatment. I am passionate about holistic wellbeing and empowering individuals to find their inner harmony and their personal healing capacity. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective sessions by creating a safe space for your path to wellness. I believe in the innate healing ability of every individual and am here to guide you toward a more balanced and vibrant life so you can confidently move forward.

What is Reiki?

Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) is a gentle yet powerful energy relaxation and healing technique with roots in ancient Japanese tradition. It’s based on the principle that an unseen and loving “universal life force energy” animates all things.

During a Reiki session, I serve as a conduit and amplifier for Universal Source Energy. Through gentle touch or hovering hands, I amplify and channel energy into your body, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and supporting your heart, mind, body, and spirit’s innate ability to heal itself.

This process involves raising your frequency to align with higher levels of consciousness. Reiki, combined with the inHarmony technology I employ during sessions, harmonizes discordant vibrations in your energy and physical anatomy. By moving blocked energy, raising your frequency, and unlocking your optimal potential, we achieve resonance and coherence. When we become resonantly coherent, we open the door to our hearts, shift into the highest version of ourselves, and remember our magnificent power of pure potential

What To Expect

When you come to Universal Source Energy, you’ll find a tranquil, safe and supportive environment designed to promote your comfort and healing. During a session, you’ll remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a massage table using inHarmony immersive sensory technology. This technology induces deep relaxation by integrating vibro-tactile and vibro-acoustic stimulation. This blending creates harmonious and gentle vibrations and therapeutic sound frequencies to invite a heart, mind, body and energy healing for your overall wellbeing.

In addition, and prior to your treatment, I will create a frequency sound bath using quartz crystal singing bowls specifically intended to align and balance your chakras. Then I will gently place my hands on or just above various points on your body allowing Reiki energy to flow. Many clients experience a warm, tingling sensation, deep relaxation, or a sense of peace during their session. For some, Reiki can activate a profound life-altering experience. Each experience is unique and tailored to your individual needs.
