I arrived for my session pretty wound up from a stressful busy week and nasty rush hour traffic at 4 pm on a Friday, and within such a short time Cathy had me completely melted, relaxed and at ease with the world! Her space is absolutely gorgeous, her demeanor so gentle, friendly and professional, and she is so knowledgeable about so many different modalities she is able to set the stage so beautifully for her magic reiki touch and crystal bowls. I truly feel more grounded and calm, and a point of pain in my abdomen that that I’ve been having some issues with is practically gone! I plan to go back for sure, and I highly recommend!

Her space is incredibly welcoming, filled with a soft and gentle vibe that made me feel deeply held and completely free at the same time, like resting in a hammock, supported yet floating. I often have a hard time quieting my busy mind, so the vibro-acoustic table, especially paired with the headphones, was a delightful gift. It allowed me to fully drop in and experience the session with all of my senses.
