Relaxation and Healing
Reiki, often described as Universal Life Force Energy, is a gentle yet deeply effective relaxation and healing practice rooted in ancient Japanese tradition. It’s founded on the understanding that a loving, unseen energy flows through all living things. When this energy is low, we may feel stressed or more susceptible to illness; when it’s abundant, we’re better able to experience balance, vitality and overall well being.
Reiki supports the whole person – heart, mind, body and spirit – encouraging harmony within the entire system. During a session, my role is to channel and amplify this Universal Source Energy helping to clear energetic blockages and restore natural flow. Through light touch or hands held just above the body, this movement of energy promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress and nurtures the body’s innate ability to rebalance and heal itself.

Reiki
Distance Reiki
A distance Reiki session is a hands-off energy healing that sends therapeutic energy to a client regardless of their physical location. During a session, a practitioner uses a special Reiki symbol, Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen, to channel healing energy to the client, who is in a quiet comfortable space. Sessions are just as effective as one on one sessions. Sessions can be scheduled at a specific time or performed in the background based on the requirement of the recipient.
Service includes a follow up call.

Reiki Healing with Translation
Reiki healing modality plus Universal Source Energy Translation, using divining rods, is a technique employed to facilitate communication with our spiritual teams. Clients present questions they wish to pose to their teams, which remain confidential and unknown to Catherine. This approach ensures that Catherine fully abstains from involvement, thereby allowing the translation process to be entirely pure and unobstructed.

My role is to act as a bridge between the physical world and the spirit world by amplifying and accessing healing energy, information and guidance for the person seeking treatment. By choosing Universal Source Energy, please know that my deepest desire for us is a connected and heart-focused path to wellness.

Some people choose to be very specific with their intention(s) and request(s) for healing, wellness and relaxation. Our guides and I will follow your lead and choice(s) completely. You have total control, always–you have free will. You have the right to change your mind, stop treatment, pivot or redirect.
Note: Some people may experience a detoxification after a session – this is our body’s natural way of rebalancing and regulating.

As a practitioner, I operate with the understanding that illness and suffering are caused by imbalances and blockages in the energy field. Please know there is a risk that you may become aware of buried fear-based beliefs and unresolved trauma when having a Reiki treatment. Shifting ones limited beliefs and releasing trauma can free the body from the pain of the past to help you move forward.
Please understand that you are the ultimate healer. Everything you need is contained within you. The spirit world and the practitioner are your support staff to wellness.
